• 5 lbs pumpkin or squash
  • 3/4 tsp each ground cinnamon, pepper and salt
  • Olive oil for brushing


  • Clean the pumpkin and squash and cut into 2” chunks
  • Mix together the spices.
  • Lightly brush veggies with olive oil, and dust with the spice mix.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until a fork pierces through cleanly
