- 5 lbs pumpkin or squash
- 3/4 tsp each ground cinnamon, pepper and salt
- Olive oil for brushing
- Clean the pumpkin and squash and cut into 2” chunks
- Mix together the spices.
- Lightly brush veggies with olive oil, and dust with the spice mix.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes, or until a fork pierces through cleanly
